To get the best results must stay consistent. Waist train at least 5 days a week for no more than 8 hours a day. After you're down to your desired size, you only need to train for 3 days out of the week.
WHAT SIZE?
Please refer to the chart below. You want to use a measuring tape and measure around the smallest part of your waist. We advise you not to stray away from the chart. Waist trainer should fit snug and not hurt. You must slowly work down to your desired size. PLEASE STAY HYDRATED WHILE WAIST TRAINING. DRINK A GALLON OF WATER A DAY!
